heat to cook from below while
the flames cook from above.

fibre to hold in heat. Remove
when fuelling the fire with
wood and charcoal.

Carefully designed to help
Uuni Pro reach optimum
temperatures when cooking
with charcoal and wood. The
holes in the grate serve a dual
purpose: To increase airflow
and to allow excess ash to drop
out of the burning area.

times when using Uuni Pro.
