Initial Disassembly Procedures

Remove Hoses and Front Cover

Detach hoses, remove alignment pin, and use Seat Slider for front cover removal.

Clip Removal and Valve Cover Loosening

Remove the 'c' clip, push the air barrel, and loosen exhaust/inflation valve covers.

Nyloc Nut and Seat Removal

Remove the nyloc nut holding the exhaust seat and carefully remove the inflation seat.

Quick Disconnect and Air Barrel Disassembly

Disassemble Quick Disconnect Mechanism

Disassemble the quick disconnect mechanism, check seat for wear, and clean components.

Disassemble Air Barrel Components

Disassemble the air barrel and all of its components using the Air 2 spider tool.

Reassembly and Component Replacement

Replace Annual Components and Reassemble Air Barrel

Replace annual components, lubricate o-rings, and reassemble the air barrel.

Exhaust Valve and Seat Assembly

Position the exhaust seat and button assembly, tighten nyloc nut on exhaust button stem.

Poppet Seat and Air Barrel Final Assembly

Replace poppet seat, lubricate o-rings, and assemble air barrel components.

Final Adjustments and Testing

Diaphragm Inspection and Adjustments

Inspect diaphragm, reassemble covers, and perform adjustments using the spider tool.

Performance Testing and Calibration

Install Magnehelic gauge, test inhalation range, and adjust cracking effort.

Final Hose Attachment

Attach quick disconnect and large bore inflator hose securely.
