PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
Foam is leaking from the
outlet on the power head.
Incorrect cleaning solution or
incorrect mix ratio is used.
Use only manufacturer’s
recommended cleaning
solution. Ensure the cleaning
solution is mixed with water at
the correct ratio.
The remote control will not
operate.
The battery has no charge.
Replace the old battery with a
new one.
The remote control is not
programmed.
Reset the remote control using
the instructions on page 10.
The remote control is damaged. Contact customer service.
