If your Vaisala Wireless Access Point AP10 displays 'Not connected to viewLinc', the issue could stem from several causes. First, verify and correct the AP10's network settings to ensure it can join the network. Second, check and correct the AP10's viewLinc settings to ensure it has the correct address for the viewLinc Enterprise Server. Also, confirm that your firewall isn't blocking the viewLinc communication port (the default port is 12600). Finally, ensure the Ethernet cable is properly connected to the AP10, the activity LEDs on the Ethernet connector are flashing, and contact your local IT support to rule out any network outage.
