      If your Val Therm Water Heater water stays cold and the pilot light is off, begin by checking the voltage. Then, check the circuit breaker and main fuses, replacing them if needed. Inspect the High Temperature Cut off Switch with Manual Reset. Also, check the thermostat. Finally, for 600 volts water-heater, check the circuit breaker located inside the control box and replace it if necessary.
