Step 7. Flex the elevators 45 degrees up and down, make sure the elevator can move freely.
Then glue the hinges with thin CA.
Step 8. Slide the carbon fiber wing tube into the fuselage, and carefully check the alignment of
the stabilizer with the fuselage.
