K. Rotate Display: The option to rotate the display is off by default. If needed, you can
activate this setting to flip the video feed upside down (180 degrees), which can be
useful if the camera is mounted in an inverted position.
L. Mirror: The mirror function is on by default, mirroring the display for the front cabin
and rear recording screens. If you switch this feature off, the video will display normally
without the mirror effect.
M. Number Plate: You have the option to enter a specific number or letter sequence to
be displayed on your recorded videos, providing a personalized touch.
N. Stamp: The camera is preset to include a watermark stamp on all videos and photos.
This stamp features the time, date, VANTRUE brand, your license plate number, GPS
location, and speed. All these elements are activated by default.
O. Time Lapse: The time-lapse feature is initially disabled. If you choose to enable it, you
can select from various frame rates including 1FPS, 5FPS, 10FPS, or 15FPS to capture
time-lapse footage.
P. Parking Mode: This mode is off by default. When activated, you can select from
various sub-settings such as Collision Detection, Motion Detection, Low Bitrate
Recording, or Low Framerate Mode to tailor your parking surveillance.
Q. Low-light Night Vision in Parking Mode: To enhance video quality in dimly lit
environments, low-light night vision is set to 'On' by default when the camera is in
Parking Mode.
R. Motion Detection Area: You can adjust the coverage of the motion detection feature
for both the front and rear areas of the vehicle to ensure optimal surveillance.
S. Mileage Statistics: Tracking of mileage is automatically enabled. The data collected is
stored on the memory card and can be viewed on a computer or exported via the app's
mileage statistics feature.
T. GPS Settings: GPS is active to automatically record your location and speed data. You
have control over the GPS settings, including the ability to switch it on or off, adjust the
speed unit, and manage how GPS data is displayed.
System Setup
A. Language Settings: The camera supports multiple language interfaces, including
English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Chinese, Russian, Korean, Polish, and
Japanese.
B. Wi-Fi Configuration: You can customize the Wi-Fi settings, toggling between Wi-Fi
modes, and view Wi-Fi credentials. The device is designed to turn off Wi-Fi automatically
if not connected within 10 minutes. However, Wi-Fi can remain active in the background
if the 'Auto ON' feature is enabled. The camera supports 5G Wi-Fi for faster data
