C. Voice Control Sensitivity: The default setting for voice control sensitivity is at a
standard level. You have the option to adjust this to either low or high sensitivity or turn
off voice control completely.
D. Voice Command Recognition: Utilize voice commands to control the camera
remotely. This feature allows for hands-free operation of the camera.
E. Memory Card Formatting: This function completely erases all data on the memory
card, prepping it for fresh use.
F. Format Reminder Schedule: Set up reminders to format your memory card at
regular intervals—15 days, 1 month, or turn the reminders off. When reminded, you can
either proceed with formatting or postpone it.
G. Date & Time Configuration: There are two methods for setting the date and time on
the device. The GPS automatic update feature, which is enabled by default, ensures that
the date and time are set accurately according to your selected time zone. Alternatively,
if you prefer to set the date and time manually, you can disable the GPS automatic
update and input the date and time yourself. Additionally, there is an option for
automatic switching between summer and winter times, which is primarily available for
users in North America; enabling this may lead to discrepancies in time in other regions.
Settings for the date format and time zone can also be adjusted in this section.
H. Auto LCD Off Feature: This function is disabled by default. When enabled, it will turn
off the LCD display automatically after a period of inactivity to conserve power.
I. Device Sound Levels: You can adjust the device's volume. By default, it is set to level
2, with 0 being mute and 5 being the maximum volume.
J. Prompt Tones: The dash cam comes with a variety of prompt tones for different alerts
such as power on/off, file locking, formatting, and recording errors. These tones are
activated by default to provide auditory feedback for certain actions.
