DURING COFFEE DISPENSING
· If the pressure profiles are enabled and a pressure profile is applied during coffee brewing, the
extraction graph will be displayed.
· The lines that make up the graph will be of 3 different colours.
• YE LLOW - indicates underextraction
• GREEN - indicates correct extraction
• RED - indicates overextraction
· Furthermore, the colours of the graph (yellow, green, red) are also present on the coloured bar
(A) indicating the same meaning.
· The counter (B) indicates the coffee brewing time, while with the “STOP” key (C) it is possible to
stop the brewing.
