1.Power on: Open Lid and earbuds boost up autom
atically, or long press MFB for 3s, there is a “power
on”prompt tone.
2.Power off: Put back to case and close lid, earbuds
are automatically off, or long press MFB for 5s, there
is a “power off”prompt tone.
3.Single Click: Left earbuds (L) Volume Down, Right
earbuds (R) Volume Up. There is a beep at maximum
or minimum volume.
4.Double Click: Play/Pause; Answer Call/Hang up
Call; Reject call when on calling mode.
5.Triple Click: Left earbuds (L) Skip Back, Right earbu
ds(R) Skip forward.
6.Voice Assitance: Long press Left(L) for 2s to wake
up Siri with a beep, Long press for 2s to exit Siri with

7.Case charge the earbuds: open lid and case light
indicator is on for 60s; close lid(with earbuds inside),
earbud’s led light is on when charging, goes off
when full battery, light is off when earbud is not
inside.
1.After using for a period of time, the contacts are
oxidized, earbuds cannot be charged or turned on.
First, use alcohol and cloth to clean the contacts and
the two thimbles in the charging compartment to
solve the problem.
2.When you put the earbuds back into the charging
case, they will turn off and start charging; if you take
it out again, they will automatically turn on and pair
with each other automatically.

8.Factory Reset: Earbuds on and unconnected, quic
kly click MFB for 5 times to clear paring data, both
earbuds LED lights are on, automatically off after 3s.
Put earbuds back to charging case, close lid, open
lid and connect again.

Function Description

The VEATOOL Wireless Earbuds are designed for audio playback and calls, featuring Bluetooth connectivity and touch controls. They support various functions including power on/off, volume adjustment, music playback (play/pause, skip tracks), call management (answer/hang up, reject), voice assistant activation (Siri), and a dedicated game mode. The earbuds come with a charging case that also indicates its own battery level.

Usage Features

Power On/Off:

• Power On: Open the lid of the charging case, and the earbuds will automatically power on. Alternatively, long press the Multi-Function Button (MFB) for 3 seconds until a "power on" prompt tone is heard.
• Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid; they will automatically turn off. Alternatively, long press the MFB for 5 seconds until a "power off" prompt tone is heard.

Controls (via MFB):

• Single Click:
  • Left earbud (L): Volume Down.
  • Right earbud (R): Volume Up. A beep will sound at maximum or minimum volume.
• Double Click:
  • Play/Pause music.
  • Answer Call/Hang up Call.
  • Reject call when in calling mode.
• Triple Click:
  • Left earbud (L): Skip Back (previous track).
  • Right earbud (R): Skip Forward (next track).
• Voice Assistance:
  • Long press Left (L) for 2 seconds to wake up Siri (with a beep).
  • Long press for 2 seconds to exit Siri (with a beep).
• Game Mode:
  • Long press Right (R) for 2 seconds to enter game mode (prompt: "Beep Game mode").
  • Long press for 2 seconds to enter music mode (prompt: "Music mode").

Bluetooth Pairing:

1. L&R Earbuds Pairing: The left and right earbuds will auto-pair. The master earbud will flash quickly upon successful pairing, and the slave earbud's light will go off.
2. Connect to Device: Both earbud lights will go off once connected to a device. Search for "VEATOOL MD012" in your device's Bluetooth settings and click to connect.
3. Automatic Reconnection: After the initial successful connection, the earbuds will automatically connect to the last paired phone by default.

Indicator Light Display:

• Power On: Indicator lights flash 3 times.
• Power Off: Indicator lights flash 1 time.
• Un-connected: Master earbud light flashes 1 time per second.
• Game Mode: Both earbud lights are on and display a breathing effect.
• Low Battery Warning: Indicator light flashes 1 time per 3 seconds.
• Charging Case Battery Level:
  • <25% battery: First segment indicator flashes.
  • 25%-50% battery: Second segment indicator flashes.
  • 50%-75% battery: Third segment indicator flashes.
  • 75%-100% battery: Fourth segment indicator flashes.
  • Full battery: All lights are always on.
• Earbud Charging (in case):
  • Open lid: Case light indicator is on for 60 seconds.
  • Close lid (with earbuds inside): Earbud's LED light is on when charging.
  • Full battery: Earbud's LED light goes off.
  • Earbud not inside: Light is off.

Factory Reset:

• With earbuds on and unconnected, quickly click the MFB 5 times to clear pairing data. Both earbud LED lights will turn on, then automatically turn off after 3 seconds. Put the earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, then open the lid and connect again.

Maintenance Features

• Operating Temperature: Recommended range is 0-35 degrees Celsius. Avoid excessive cold, overheating, or high-temperature environments to prevent reduced battery life and affected product performance.
• Thunderstorms: Do not use during thunderstorms.
• Long-term Storage: If not used for a long period, charge the earbuds before use.
• Cleaning: Use a dry soft cloth to clean the earbuds.
• Moisture: If there is water or sweat at the notch, wipe it with a dry cloth; this will not affect normal use.
• Charging Contacts: If earbuds cannot be charged or turned on due to oxidized contacts after a period of use, clean the contacts and the two thimbles in the charging compartment with alcohol and a cloth.
• Disassembly: Do not disassemble or refit the earbuds for any reason, as this may damage them. Send them to a sales agency for repair if needed.
• Charging: Use qualified chargers and charging cables. Avoid using high current and voltage fast charging devices.
• Safety: Keep the product and accessories out of reach of children and pets to prevent unexpected accidents.
• Battery: The earbuds and charging case contain built-in rechargeable batteries and cannot be disassembled. Ensure they are fully charged before first use.

Common Problems and Solutions

• Earbuds cannot be paired: Check if the earbuds are in pairing or back-to-back mode, and verify your mobile phone's Bluetooth search function.
• Earbuds cannot be turned on: Check if the earbuds are fully charged and charge them if necessary.
• Battery Replacement: The earbuds use a non-removable battery.
• Using while driving: You can use the earbuds while driving, but minimize the volume.
• Disconnection: The effective indoor distance is 10 meters. If the distance exceeds 10 meters or there are obstacles, the connection may be lost. Keep the earbud within the effective distance.
• Sound issues (computer/mobile phone): Bluetooth is sensitive to objects between the earbuds and the connected device. Check for metal or other objects in the connection range that might affect the connection.
• App Control: The ability to control applications on a mobile phone depends on the software settings of individual applications; some may not support earphone control.
