10. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Cleaning and storage of your electric scooter:
1. Clean the scooter with a damp cloth, do not immerse it in water.
2. Do not use alcohol, petrol, or chemical detergent to clean the scooter, otherwise
the paint or other parts will be damaged.
3. Also do not use water jet or high pressure sprayer and make sure that the electric
scooter is switched off and the charging cable is disconnected during cleaning.
Always ensure that no water can enter the interior of the scooter.
4. Try to store your electric scooter somewhere in a dry and cool place indoors when
not in use, try to avoid outside storage. Prolonged exposure to sunlight and / or over-
heating will accelerate the aging process of the scooter’s appearance, tires and
battery.
1. Do not use other models or brands
of batteries, otherwise there is a sa-
fety risk.
2. Do not touch the contacts of the
battery, do not dismantl the batte-
ry either. Do not touch the contacts
of the battery with metal, damage
and / or short circuit may occur.
3. Use the original charger to charge,
otherwise there is a risk of damage
or re.
4. Improper disposal of used batte-
ries can cause serious pollution of
the environment.
5. Therefore, comply with local laws
and regulations when disposing of
this battery.
6. Do not store the battery in a place
where the temperature is higher
than 50 ℃ or lower than -20 ℃ (for
example, to place the scooter or
battery pack in a car exposed to
sunshine in the summer)
7. Do not throw the battery into a re,
otherwise the battery could fail,
overheat, ignite or explode.
8. If the scooter is not used within
30 days, make sure that the battery
is fully charged before it is stored
somewhere dry and cool inside
and charge the battery every 20-30
days, otherwise the damage to the
battery is out of warranty.
9. Do not charge until the battery is
completely empty, but recharge
the battery before the battery has
less than 10% residual capacity, this
benets lifespan.
10. If you use the scooter at a normal
temperature, you have a maximum
mileage and battery efciency;
when used at a lower temperature,
the battery efciency is lower (for
example in an environment below
-20 ℃, the range is less than half
than at a normal temperature).
