Electricity supply capacity should be adequate to supply the device and
available circuits. A fuse proportional with the device current should be
connected to the electricity supply line.
Control whether 40A or a higher main fuse and an independent fuse line to
connect the device are available on the fuse panel. If the fuse panel has a
main fuse lower than 40A or an independent fuse line is not available to
connect in the panel, a new line should be installed at electrical installation
of installation place or directly to the device for allowing the electrical
installation and secured with fuse.
Device should be connected to independent electrical line; not connected to
illumination, buzzer or oven line.
Protective earthing line should be connected to exposed metal parts of
other devices at the installation place and the earthing line which the device
is installed in accordance with TSE standards.
In order to achieve maximum efficiency from the device, shortest cable
distance should be used between the fuse panel and the device. Cable
length is also important for circuit break time and temperature restrictions.
There is a maximum cable length restriction allowed in a line combination
to be created for current requirement, voltage reduction and cable section.
If cables are surrounded with heat insulation, installed through the wall,
pass through a place with temperature higher than 30°C or connected to
each other by twisting, the current amount passing through the cable shall
be reduced. A larger cable section should be selected for maintaining same
current values.
Minimum 4 x 2,5 mm² cable is recommended for device installation
considering that cable section to be used should be proportional to the
device power.
