Troubleshooting – if your MiFi does not turn on, check to ensure it is charged by using the wall charger and the cable provided.
Step 3. Locating your Wi-Fi name and password
• From the WiFi information screen you
will see your WiFi Name and WiFi Pass-
word. They are located to the right of the
WiFi and lock symbols
• Your Wi-Fi name will start with HatchSS
followed by 4 numbers
• Your Wi-Fi password will consist of
6 characters
Step 4. Connecting to the internet
During your Hatch tablet setup, you will be
prompted to select the Wi-Fi network you want to
connect to:
• You will select your MiFi’s Wi-Fi name from the
list of available networks
• Your Wi-Fi name will start with HatchSS_
followed by 4 numbers
Refer back to Step 3 on how to locate your
Wi-Fi name and password
• Next, you will enter your Wi-Fi password
• Your Wi-Fi password will consist of 6 characters
