6-2 Lubrication
This aerial lift utilizes non-lube bearings at most points of motion. These bearings
require no lubrication to provide satisfactory service. The Rotation Gearbox requires
lubrication. Required monthly lubrication schedules are provided below.
Monthly lubrication – Lubrication of the following items is recommended:
1. Lubrication of the rotation bearing requires rotating the lift 360° stopping
at 90° intervals and then applying grease through the grease nipple
shown in Figure 6-2-1. This procedure will help distribute the grease on
the inner ring more consistently.
