STEP 1: ASSEMBLE BOTTOM RAIL AND L-CONNECTOR
Assemble a 2”x2” bottom rail to a L-Connector (71-FE-L), making (2) assemblies (do not screw together at this time). Place
(1) assembly in each front corner of the structure as shown. Fasten the bottom rail to the structure’s side base rail with a BK-
10 Angle Bracket and (6) framing screws. Place the BK-10 Angle Bracket on top of the bottom rail. Before screwing the bot-
tom rail to the L-Connector, adjust the L-Connector to be the correct distance from the outside of the structure’s side post
(distances on Front Enclosure Diagram pages). Fasten the joint with (2) framing screws per joint.

STEP 2: ANCHORING L-CONNECTOR
With the joints secure, square the assembles with the building sides and drive ground anchors through the holes in the L-
Sections into the ground or set the ground anchors in concrete. If Your building is on a concrete slab use 5 1/2” or 6” con-
crete anchor bolts (not included) to anchor the Base Rail Sections to the slab. (Refer to the bolt manufacturer’s instructions
for proper installation of anchor bolts.)
