Overload
The motor of your electric router may be damaged when overloaded. This
results from excessive working pressure over a prolonged period.
Therefore you should not try to accelerate your working speed by
increasing pressure on your machine.
Replacing carbon brush
Remove and check the carbon brushes regularly. Replace them when they
wear down to limited mark. Keep the carbon brushes clean and free to slip
into the holders. Both carbon brushes should be replaced at the same time.
