  Reduced refrigerating capacity in your VEVOR Chiller after prolonged use can stem from refrigerant leakage or insufficient refrigerant levels, poor heat dissipation, or dust accumulation blocking the condenser radiator fins. Contact a certified technician to inspect and replenish the refrigerant. Improve heat dissipation and air ventilation. Also, clear any dust from the air inlet and other components, and reduce the water volume according to the specifications.

How to calibrate the water temperature on my VEVOR Chiller?

  If the displayed water temperature on your VEVOR Chiller differs from the actual water temperature, you can calibrate it. Press and hold the “SET” button for 10 seconds to enter the Temperature Error Adjustment Function. The display will show “CA”. Use the up or down arrows to adjust the displayed figure to match the difference between the actual and displayed temperatures (tolerance CA = actual water temp - displayed water temp), within a range of +4 to -4. After 10 seconds without adjustment, the control panel will show the adjusted temperature.

  If your VEVOR Chiller continues to run even after reaching the set temperature, the temperature sensor may be incorrectly placed or faulty. Turn off or replace the heating switch. Refer to the operating instructions to adjust the temperature control.

  If the LCD on your VEVOR Chiller isn’t displaying anything and the machine isn’t working, it could be due to a bad power connection, a blown fuse, or a broken circuit. Replace the fuse, check the power switch and plug, and ensure the unit is plugged into an outlet with the correct voltage and frequency.
