The VEVOR Electric Trailer Jack is designed to facilitate the lifting and leveling of trailers. It operates electrically, providing a convenient alternative to manual cranking. The jack is equipped with a lift switch for vertical movement and a light switch for an integrated LED lamp, enhancing visibility during operation. It features a foot plate for stable ground contact and can also be operated manually if necessary, by removing the top cover. The jack is intended for use on flat, level, hard surfaces capable of supporting the load.

Usage Features:

Installation: The jack is mounted to the A-frame coupler of a trailer. It requires three bolts and nuts (sold separately) to secure it tightly. It is recommended to hook up the trailer to a tow vehicle during installation to ensure stability. The mounting process involves sliding the jack through the coupler hole, aligning the slotted holes on the mounting plate with the coupler holes, and then securing it. The handle assembly is attached after the jack is mounted.
Electrical Connection: The red positive terminal of the jack must be connected to the positive terminal of a DC12V battery.
Operation: The jack features a lift switch for raising and lowering the trailer and a light switch for the LED lamp. The foot plate should be installed after lifting the jack to an appropriate height and then lowered onto a hard, stable surface.
Manual Operation: In situations where electrical operation is not possible or desired, the top cover can be removed to allow for manual operation of the jack.
Safety Precautions:
- Always wear eye protection and other safety equipment (hearing protection, gloves, face shield) during service or maintenance.
- Only trained individuals should install, operate, or service the product.
- A properly installed footpad is essential before lifting or leveling the trailer.

- Use on flat, level, hard surfaces only.
- Do not use blocks for additional ground clearance.
- When using the drop foot or drop leg, ensure the supplied pin is fully inserted through both sides of the inner tube and drop tube.
- Never adjust the drop leg when there is any load on the jack.
Troubleshooting: The manual provides guidance for common issues such as the motor not operating (due to low voltage, poor grounding, or loose wires) and the light not working (due to loose wires or a bad bulb), along with corrective actions.

Maintenance Features:

Cleaning: Occasional cleaning with mild soap and water, along with light oil lubrication of pivot points, is recommended to maintain performance and appearance.
Screw Checks: Periodically check for loose screws.
Pre-Use Inspection: Before each use, inspect jack tubes for bends or damage and replace if necessary.

General Maintenance Program:
- Daily before operating:
  - The powered A-frame jack motor is sealed and maintenance-free.
  - Inspect jack tubes for bends or damage.
  - Ensure all connections are tight, free of corrosion, and that the jack is properly grounded (metal-to-metal contact with the coupler).
  - Wash with mild soap and water and rinse thoroughly if necessary. Clean the motor ground screw and mounting bolts if a grounding continuity problem occurs.
- After the first 20 operating hours: Fully extend the jack and clean the inner jack tube.
- After the first 50 operating hours or every week: Fully extend the jack and clean the inner jack tube.
- Every year: Fully extend the jack and clean the inner jack tube once per year. After cleaning, coat the tube with a light grease or silicone spray lubricant.
