4) Remove the M16 nut from the wind turbine generator (made finish in
step 3) and connect on the rotor shaft of wind turbine generator, and then
install the nut in the groove of the flange, with the 8mm hex wrench into the
hexagonal hole in the middle of the rotor shaft and turn the rotor shaft
counter clockwise to Lock it, at least 3 teeth out; (as shown in Figure 9)
5) Install the hub, buckle the hub on the flange, shake the hood to ensure
it completely buckle in the flange to avoid high-speed operation in case the
hub get off; (Figure 10)
