This document describes the VEVOR YF6475 Air Compressor, a twin-cylinder, oil-free, 12V air compressor designed for mobile and portable operation, particularly suited for off-road travelers needing quick and portable tire inflation. It features an integrated air tank for storing high volumes of compressed air, making it suitable for various applications.
The VEVOR YF6475 Air Compressor operates by connecting its heavy-duty power leads to a vehicle's 12V battery (red to positive, black to negative). Once connected and the power switch is turned "on," the compressor will cycle to pressurize its inbuilt receiver tank. An electric pressure switch housed within the air tank controls the compressor's operation via a heavy-duty relay. The compressor will turn off when the pressure reaches 150 PSI and turn back on when the pressure falls to 120 PSI. A pressure relief valve is also integrated into the tank, set to relieve pressure at 180 PSI if necessary. An air regulator valve at the tank's outlet allows users to set the desired air pressure supplied to the inflator nozzle. The tank also includes a drain tap for removing condensed water. The compressor is designed for convenience, automatically starting and stopping based on demand once air lines are connected or disconnected.
