  If your Vicks Humidifier isn't producing enough mist, there could be several reasons. First, ensure the water tank is filled. Check that the unit is placed on a level surface. Mineral deposits on the Nebulizer or Water Sensor may be the cause, so clean these parts as instructed, rinse thoroughly, and wipe dry. If you washed the water tank with detergent, rinse it thoroughly with clean water and wipe it dry. Also, if you are using Demineralization Cartridge, it might be clogged. Remove it and restart the humidifier; if mist production resumes, replace the cartridge with a new one (#DC-51).
