The switch commanding the water cycle is properly set.
(See Water Cycle Setting before)
If the water collected is above the maximum, check that:
The restriction valve is not clogged and that water returns freely
trough the outlet.

Manually pull up the evaporator and with the water pump working,
check that water is distributed evenly around the evaporator.

Check that the air intakes are not obstructed.

Check that the air grilles have their weather strips.
