Maintaining and using the Nitro Cold Brew Coffee Maker is easy, but there are a few things you need to
keep in mind to maintain and fully enjoy your unit:
• After cleaning the Mini Keg (A), place upside down on a clean towel or allow to air dry uncovered.
Make sure the cap is left off until the inside of the Mini Keg (A) is completely dry.
• Do not microwave or freeze Mini Keg (A).
• Never put your Mini Keg (A) in the dishwasher.
• This product is not designed for hot liquids, nonfood items, or caustic, highly acidic materials.
• Not guaranteed against leakage from above-average tap pressure.
• Not to be used for fermenting.
• Keep small parts away from children.
• Never overll Mini Keg (A) the gas needs room to expand, so always leave 2-3 inches unlled from the
top to allow for expansion.
• For the best results, shake the Mini Keg (A) well after each cartridge and daily before dispensing the
rst pour of the day.
• Nitrogen (N
2
) or Nitrous Oxide (N
2
0) cartridges can be found at many local supermarkets, cooking
stores and are readily available on Amazon and other online retailers.
• Nitrous oxide (N
2
O) and Nitrogen (N
2
) is bacteriostatic which means that it inhibits bacterial growth, so
most beverages will typically stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
• A delicious Nitro Cold Brew starts with a good tasting Cold Brew that is neither weak nor concentrated.
• Besides cold brew coffee, the Vinci Nitro Cold Brew Mini Keg (A) can be used to infuse cocktails,
lemonade, tea, fruit-infused waters, juice, or virtually any of your favorite cold beverages! The only
beverages not recommend are already carbonated or beverages that contain small particles or pulp.
TIPS FOR USE AND CARE:
8. Soak the Pick Up Hose (G) in hot soapy water for
a few minutes and rinse with clean water.
6. Rinse openings of the Spear (B) with hot water
and let it air dry.
7. Rinse all openings of the Stout Faucet (F) with
hot water and use the Small Faucet Brush (K) to
clean the spout tip of the faucet.
5. Remove the solution from the Mini Keg (A) and
gently scrub the inside of the Mini Keg (A) with
the Large Keg Brush (J). After the inside has been
scrubbed, repeat step 1 in the “How to Clean”
section on page 8.
