How to troubleshoot a Viola Systems Symphony with no sound and the front panel LED is not lit?

If your Viola Systems Amplifier has no sound and the front panel LED is not lit, start by pressing the front panel power switch to ensure the unit is on. Check that the power lead is fully inserted into the AC input receptacle on the rear panel and plugged into a working AC wall socket. Test the wall socket with another device. Finally, inspect the mains fuses.
