Problem:
• Machine will not run after Variable Speed Dial is rotated away from O.
Solution:
• Make sure the power cord is firmly plugged into power outlet and that the outlet has power.
• Make sure the controls are clean and moving freely.
Problem:
• My blender stopped working or shut o unexpectedly.
Solution:
• All Vitamix blenders come with thermal protection that may cause your machine to temporarily stop working. See Parts and Features for tips
on preventing the motor from overheating.
Problem:
• My blends aren’t turning out the way I want (too chunky, too thick, etc.).
Solution:
