Fix the glass on both sides with the plastic
fi xing strips (6031) (5.5).
In 5L connect bolt extender (6055) and latch
(6050) (5L.6).
In 5R note the position of the prepared holes
in (6016) for the handle and lock. Assemble
the door handle as shown (5R.6).
Ensure that the door is totally square before
tightening all bolts. This can be done by mea-
suring the diagonals.
Loosely connect the door wheels (6049) and
door jump clips (6039) to bottom bar (6017)
using bolt (6046), washers (6051) and nut
(3002) (5.3). These should be tightened when
the door is later fi tted in the house.
Connect the plastic door guides (6057) onto
bar (6014) with screws (6062) (5.2).
Repeat for both doors and lay them aside for
later use.
6. VENTS
The position of vents is determined by the
location of the prepared holes in top side bar
(6009).
Warm window seal (6034) to room tempe-
rature! Press seal (6034) centrally onto the
bottom of the glass pane (6.1). Do not stretch.
Make a cut in the seal at each corner (6.2)
and then press the seal onto the sides of pane
ensuring, that the cuts fi t over the corners.
Fit vent bottom bar (6024) over the seal
(6.3) and then side bars (6020) and (6021).
Connect these at the corners using screws
(1003) (6.4).
Cut at the corners and fi nish pressing the
seal onto the top edge, cutting to length in the
middle. Fit the top vent bar (6025) and connect
bars with screws (1003) (6.5).
Ensure that the vent is totally square before
tightening all bolts.
Connect bar (6018) to (6026) and bolt (6018)
onto eave bar (6009) using the prepared holes
(6.6).
Remove side brace (6003) and brace (6008)
to fi t vent sill (6019) behind them. Replace
nuts but do not tighten. (6.7) & (6.8)
Repeat for all vents and lay them aside for
later use.
7. GLAZING
Please note the already mentioned safety
precautions.
Ensure that the U/V protected face of all
polycarbonate sheets is on the outside.
Press the glazing seals (6090) onto all alumini-
um profi les (7.1) and cut to length.
Using the step ladder glaze the roof as shown
by standing inside the building and working
through the free roof spaces.
Secure them by pressing the plastic fi xing
strips (6028) or (6029) between the roof bar
and the glazing panel (7.2) & (7.3).
Ensure that the lower edge sits in the recess
in the eaves.
The fi nal roof panel is in two parts. Assemble
the upper part with the fi xing strips (6029).
Assemble the outer cone (6036) with washer
(6051), bolt (6052) and spacer (6054) and lift
into place. Inside connect it to cover (6037)
with bolt extension (6038) and bolt (6059)
(7.4).
Move to outside the house and position the
last glazing pane with (6033) between the
panes. Press fi xing strips (6029) into place.
Note: When roof glazing does not fi t the
connection of the roof bars to the cone (6035)
must be checked.
On the sides fi t the glazing panes as shown
and fi x by pressing plastic fi xing strips (6030)
onto each side (7.2) & (7.3).
Under each vent it will be necessary to lift vent
sill bar (6019) and fi t it to the vent. Press fi xing
strip (6032) onto both sides. When correctly
positioned tighten all bolts on the inside.
Now tighten the bolts connecting the house to
the foundation.
8. POSITIONING OF VENTS AND DOORS
Lift the vents into the prepared positions in the
sides by sliding bar (6025) into bar (6018) from
one end (8.1) & (8.2).
Bolt the vent opener (1067) to bar (6024)
using screws (6062). Connect both vent
fi xers (6056) onto sill bar (6019) using screws
(6062). (8.3)
Place the plastic cap (1019) over the end of
the window opener (1067).
Position the doors by inserting the plastic door
guides (6057) into bar (6010) (8.4) and then
lower the wheels onto the door track on bar
(6002) (8.5). Hook the door jump clips (6039)
under the lip on (6002) and tighten the door
wheel bolts (8.5).
Using the double sided tape provided stick
door seal (6063) to one of the doors (8.6).
FINISHING
If desired, it is possible to seal the greenhouse
at the edges using silicon. Silicon is not in cluded.
Place the warning label inside the house.

SAFETY NOTICE
In the event of high wind conditions, close the
doors and all vents.
In the event of heavy snowfall, clear the roof
of the building or take suitable measures to
support the roof. Heat the building in winter.
COMMENTS
For the complete protection of your new
green house, we advise you to include it in
your house insurance. Please take note
of possible building rules relating to the
positioning of greenhouses.
Please stick the included greenhouse model
label onto the door bar (6014) after success-
fully assembling this product. This information
is important in the event that replacement
parts are later required.
