Malfunction Possible causes Solution
The vacuum cleaner does
not work
It is switched off Switch the vacuum cleaner on, using the
power switch.
The battery doesn‘t
charge.
Loose insertion of the connection cord slot
into the charging socket.
Disconnect the jack and insert it into the
charging socket.
The power adapter is disconnected from
the mains.
Plug the power adapter into the mains
socket. Check that the mains socket works
properly by plugging another appliance
known to be operational into the same
socket.
The vacuum cleaner is
rotating on one spot.
It is possible that foreign objects
(wire, thread, hanging curtains, etc.) have
been wound onto the driving wheels of the
vacuum cleaner.
Remove the foreign objects from the driving
wheels and from the floor.
The vacuum cleaner ceas-
es cleaning prematurely
The operation time of the vacuum cleaner
depends on the cleaning area, surface area,
and configuration.
The vacuum cleaner fails
to detect obstacles, keeps
moving backwards
Anti-drop sensors are dirty. Turn over the vacuum cleaner and wipe the
anti-drop sensors.
Problems with the front bumper For optimal performance, ensure free pas-
sage for the bumper
The sensors on the front bumper are mal-
functioning.

posal service or to the shop where you purchased

general principles of the unit operation without a
preliminary notification due to which insignificant
differences between the manual and product may
be observed. If the user reveals such differences,

receipt of an updated manual.
