      michaeltaylorAug 21, 2025
If the remote controller for your Vivax Air Conditioner isn't working, first, try pulling out the power plug of the air conditioner and inserting it again to reset the system, especially if the unit is frequently changing functions. Ensure the remote controller is within effective distance of the indoor unit and that there are no obstructions between the remote and the signal receptor. If problems persist, replace the batteries in the remote controller, ensuring they have sufficient voltage.

Why is my Vivax ACP-07CIFM21GEEI Air Conditioner cooling/heating efficiency not good?
    • R
      Robin StoneAug 25, 2025
The cooling or heating efficiency of your Vivax Air Conditioner might be poor due to several reasons. Check if the set temperature is suitable for the room. Ensure that neither the air inlet nor the outlet is obstructed. Dirty air filters can also reduce efficiency. Make sure windows and doors are closed properly, the indoor fan speed isn't set too low, and there aren't any other heat sources in the room.

Why is my Vivax Air Conditioner indoor unit not delivering air?
    • J
      James VaughanAug 27, 2025
In HEAT mode, the indoor unit might not deliver air to prevent cool air when the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is very low (within 3 minutes). Also, in HEAT mode, if the outdoor temperature is low or humidity is high, frost may form on the outdoor heat exchanger, causing the unit to automatically defrost, during which the indoor unit stops blowing air for 3-12 minutes. During defrosting, water may flow out or vapor may be produced. Finally, in dehumidifying mode, the indoor fan might stop to prevent condensed water from vaporizing again, thus restraining temperature rising.

Why is there moisture on the air outlet vent of my Vivax Air Conditioner?
    • T
      Tyler EdwardsAug 28, 2025

    • L
      Lisa TuckerSep 1, 2025
The noise from the indoor unit of your Vivax Air Conditioner may be the sound of the fan or compressor relay switching on or off. It can also occur when defrosting starts or stops, due to refrigerant flowing in the reverse direction.
