4. Specific safety instructions
Warning - Risk of electric shock!
To prevent danger to life due to electric shock, please heed the following safety instructions:
• Use this product in dry indoor areas only and never outdoors.
• Never use, expose or put the product near to:
- direct sunlight and dust;
- fire (fireplace, grill, candles), water (water splashes, vases, ponds, bath tube) or heavy moisture.
Warning - Risk of burning!
To prevent the risk of accident and injury, please heed the following safety instructions:
• To avoid injury, exercise caution when removing hot items from the product.
Warning - Fire hazard!
The product works at high temperatures, please heed the following safety instructions to
prevent the risk of fire:
• Never cover the product while in use.
• The product is not intended to be used for heating purposes.
• Make sure there is free space of 10 cm at the back, 5 cm at the sides and 20 cm above the product.
Warning - Property damage!
Please heed the following instructions to prevent property damage:
• Place the product on a flat, sturdy and slip-resistant surface.
• Handle the glass door with care. To prevent damage, do not slam the door and do not let the glass
door come in contact with water while it is still hot.
• Clean the product and all other accessories after each use.
• Follow the instructions in the chapter Cleaning and care.
