Do not throw away any replaced part
in the environment. Carry out their di-
sposal in compliance with the relevant
legislation in force.
CHANGING THE BELT (TYPE POLY-V) WITH AUTOMATIC BELT TENSIONER

Follow the procedure below.
1- Turn off the engine and remove the
ignition key.
2- Let the engine cool down adequately to
avoid being burnt.
3- Rotate the automatic belt tensioner (A)
in counter clockwise direction to loosen
the belt (B), and then remove it from the
pulley (C).
4- Remove the belt (D) and replace it.
Before tightening the belt, make sure
that it is correctly positioned in the
pulley seats.
Before restarting the engine, make
sure there are no tools or other mate-
rial left near the moving parts.
