3. In the Edge Overview screen, click the Details button.
Make sure the GE1 and the LAN1 status indicators display
green indicating that they are active, and make sure the
cloud LED (the only LED) on the front of the Edge is yellow.
4. Open a separate Internet browser and verify that you can
connect to any website (e.g. www.google.com).
5. Return to the VeloCloud Edge Activation screen (IP
address http://192.168.2.1) and test all of the LAN ports
1-8 and GE ports 1-2.
a. Move the computer cable into each of the LAN
ports in turn, from LAN1 through LAN8. At each step, verify
that the status indicator in the local UI for that port displays
