5 Exhaust emissions test

Please observe the country specific legal regulations.
♦
The following exhaust emissions test description is applicable
only in countries where no specific exhaust emission regula‐
tions have to be adhered to.
Emissions test intervals:
Vehicles with regulated catalytic converter or vehicles with diesel
engine:
♦ 3 years after initial registration and then every 2 years.
♦ Valid for Germany: Vehicles for commercial passenger trans‐
port, e.g. taxis have to be checked every 12 months.

board diagnosis“ OBD with regulated catalytic converter.
