Why does my Voltacon Inverter work in battery mode when mains exist?

  If your Voltacon Inverter continues to operate in battery mode despite mains power being available, the input protector may have tripped. First, check if the AC breaker has tripped and ensure the AC wiring is securely connected. Also, the AC power quality might be insufficient due to AC wires being too thin or too long. Finally, verify that the generator (if used) is functioning correctly and that the input voltage range setting is correct for your UPS appliance.
