Several factors might be at play if your VOLTCRAFT Multimeter isn't registering any measurement changes. First, verify that the HOLD function isn't active, indicated by an 'H' on the display; if it is, press the HOLD button again to deactivate it. Then, ensure that you've selected the correct measuring function (AC/DC) by checking the display and adjusting as necessary. Also, confirm that you're using the appropriate measuring sockets. Finally, check the fuse, and replace it according to the instructions if it's defective.
