Radio Replacement (Dash
Mounted)
Note: This procedure applies only to the factory-installed,
in-dash radio.
Removal
1
Make certain the vehicle ignition is
OFF
before beginning this procedure.

Remove the lower trim panel from the
dash by removing the 8 torx bolts from
the panel.

1 Lower Edge of Dash
2 Nut at Radio Mounting Bracket
CAUTION
To avoid damage to the radio or mounting bracket, re-
move the nut from the rear of the bracket. Failure to
remove the nut may result in bending the bracket and
damaging the radio.
Remove the nut from the rear of the
radio mounting bracket. This nut is ac-
cessible through the opening left when
the trim panel was removed.

Radio removal tools supplied with vehicle
Insert the removal tools into the face
of the radio.
