GETTING STARTED
BASE ASSEMBLY
1. Loosen the pivot knob by turning counter-clockwise. Remove the
pivot knob and slip the legs of the base onto the bolts, in between
the large washer and the knob.
2. Re-install the pivot knobs onto the pivot bolts and tighten by
turning clockwise.
