What to do if my Vortice Air Conditioner is not operating correctly?
    • J
      Jamie BurkeAug 6, 2025
If your Vortice Air Conditioner isn't working, first ensure that the power supply hasn't been interrupted by checking the power. If the power is OK, try resetting the line protection switch. Also, make sure the TIMER ON function is disabled. If there are energy-saving lamps or wireless devices nearby, they might be causing interference. To resolve this, disconnect and reconnect the unit from the power supply, then use the remote control's ON/OFF button to restart it.

Why doesn't my Vortice Air Conditioner produce conditioned air after being started/restarted?
    • J
      jason28Aug 25, 2025
If the internal unit of your Vortice Air Conditioner doesn't produce conditioned air after starting or restarting, it might be due to the compressor's automatic protection device, which prevents immediate restarts for about 3 minutes. Wait for it to turn off. If you're in HEAT mode, the air ejection might be slightly delayed to prevent cold air injection. Allow time for the air temperature to reach a suitable level for HEAT mode.

What to do if my Vortice Air Conditioner emits an unusual smell after being turned on?
    • A
      Alison BennettAug 29, 2025
If your Vortice Air Conditioner's Internal Unit emits an unusual smell after being turned on, it may be due to the unit drawing in odors already present in the room. Try improving the air quality in the room. Also, the filters may need servicing. Clean the dust filters and/or replace the activated carbon filter.
