12 TROUBLESHOOTING
NOTICE
► Do not make any improper changes or modications
to the device.
► Never open the housing. Warranty and liability
claims are excluded in case of repairs carried out
by yourself, improper connection or incorrect
operation. Contact the manufacturer for repairs.
If the device malfunctions or other defects are detected,
even after following the below suggestions, contact the
manufacturer. The contact details can be found in chapter
16.
Problem Solution
Device does not
work
 If LED 2 ashes blue/yellow, you
must rell the spray.
 If LED 1 ashes red, you must
recharge the device.
Dog does not
react to the spray
 Make sure that the device is
aligned correctly.
 Make sure that the spray is not
obstructed by the coat.
