Q. The Bluetooth MIDI device is not displayed on the Bluetooth MIDI Devices screen of Tone
Room.
A.
Make sure "Location" is on. In order to scan Bluetooth LE devices on Android it is necessary
to turn on "Location".
Please check the compatibility.
Make sure that the Bluetooth MIDI device is turned on.
Please check if the Bluetooth MIDI device is connected to another device or not. If the
Bluetooth MIDI LED of Adio Air GT / BS is lit, then it cannot be used since it's already
connected to another device.
Q. I can't connect the Bluetooth MIDI devices even though it appears on the list on my Android
device.
A. You cannot connect Bluetooth MIDI devices with "Settings" application. Please connect
from within Tone Room. If the connection from the Tone Room does not work, open
"Settings" menu and select "Bluetooth". If the Bluetooth MIDI device is displayed in the list,
tap Settings (gear symbol) on the right and tap "FORGET". Please try connecting again
using Tone Room.
Q. Do I have to connect Bluetooth MIDI device to an Android device every time when it is turned
on?
A. Yes, Android requires this for now.
Q. Can I connect multiple Bluetooth MIDI devices to an Android device?
A. Yes, you can. However, it is not possible to handle multiple devices simultaneously in Tone
Room.

Q. Can I connect to a Mac by Bluetooth MIDI?
A. Yes, provided you have Mac OSX 10.10 Yosemite or later and is compatible with Bluetooth
LE, it can be connected without installing an additional driver.
Q. I can't find the Bluetooth devices on the Bluetooth MIDI list on my Mac.
A.
- Please check the compatibility.
- Make sure that the Bluetooth MIDI device is turned on.
- Please check if the Bluetooth MIDI device is connected to another device or not. If the
Bluetooth MIDI LED of Adio Air GT / BS is lit, then it cannot be used since it's already
connected to another device.
Q. I can't connect the Bluetooth MIDI device even though it appears on the Bluetooth MIDI list on
my Mac.
A. Open "System Preferences" window and select "Bluetooth". If the Adio Air GT/BS is on the
"Device" list, delete it from the list. Then try connecting the Bluetooth MIDI again.
