REAR PANEL LAYOUT
1. MAINS INPUT - Connect your electricity here with the supplied, detachable Mains (power) cord.
2. MAINS FUSE - (serious bit) The fuse provides an overall safety protection in the event your amplifier
develops and electrical fault.
3. Headphones / Lineout Jack - Connect you favourite stereo headphones here, or connect directly to
your favourite recording rig. The output from this jack passes through a cabinet simulator. So you can
enjoy authentic tube amp tone through your headphones! NOTE: When Speaker Jack is connected, this
is disconnected.
4. 16 / 8 Ohm Loudspeaker Jack - This is used to connect the Lil’ Night Train to any 16 ohm or 8 Ohm
cabinet. Please note that in 8ohm mode, The power output reduces slightly to 1.5 Watts RMS.
WARNING ! Always use a non-screened VOX approved speaker lead with the Lil’ Night Train
amplifier and cabinet.
WARNING ! Please ensure that your amplifier is connected to the correct mains power voltage—
please check the rear panel rating plate. If in doubt consult dealer.
WARNING ! NEVER operate this amplifier without the loudspeaker load or headphones/lineout
being connected. Serious damage can occur otherwise.
WARNING ! This amplifier must always be earthed (grounded) to prevent the risk of electrical
shock.
