warranted above, the customer’s sole
remedy shall be repair or replacement as
provided above. Wagner Meters shall not
be liable for incidental or consequential
damages for the breach of any express
or implied warranty with respect to this

This warranty is personal to the customer
purchasing the product from Wagner
Meters and is not transferable. This
warranty also gives you specic legal
rights, and you may also have other rights,
which may vary, from state to state.
The agents and employees of Wagner
Meters are not authorized to make
modications of this warranty or
additional warranties binding on Wagner
Meters. Accordingly, additional statements
whether oral or written, except written
statements from an ofcer of Wagner
