How to troubleshoot a WARPP Welding System when the power indicator is off, the fan isn't working, and there's no welding output?
    • T
      Terrance VelasquezAug 17, 2025
If the power indicator isn't lighting up, the fan isn't working, and there's no welding output from your WARPP Welding System, check the following: * The power switch may be faulty. * Ensure the electrify wire net (connected to the input cable) is working. * Verify the input cable isn't out of circuit.

What to do if the fan is working, but the indicator is not lit and there is no HF arc-striking sound on my WARPP Welding System?

      Laura WestAug 21, 2025
If your WARPP Welding System's fan is working, but the indicator isn't lit and you can't hear the HF arc-striking sound, and wiping welding can't strike an arc, consider these potential solutions: 1. Check that the positive and negative electrodes of the VH-07 insert component voltage should be about DC308v from the power panel to the MOS board. 2. Look for a green indicator in the auxiliary power of the MOS board. If it's off, the auxiliary power is out of work. Check the fault and contact the seller. 3. Ensure the connector is making good contact. 4. Inspect the control circuit to identify any issues or contact the seller. 5. Verify that the torch's control cable isn't broken.

      Vanessa WeberAug 29, 2025
If the abnormal indicator is not lit, you can hear the HF arc-striking sound, but there is no welding output on your WARPP Welding System, check the following: 1. Ensure the torch cable is not broken. 2. Verify that the grounding cable is intact and properly connected to the welding piece. 3. Make sure the output terminal of the positive electrode or the torch electrify is not loose from inside the machine.

      William CohenSep 1, 2025
If the abnormal indicator isn't lit, but you can hear the HF arc-striking sound, and wiping welding can strike an arc on your WARPP Welding System, try the following: 1. Ensure the primary cable of the arc-striking transformer is firmly connected to the power panel; tighten it if necessary. 2. Check the arc-striking tip; if it's oxidized or too far away, polish it or adjust the distance to approximately 1 mm. 3. Inspect the switch (sticking/argon-arc welding) for damage and replace if needed. 4. Examine the HF arc-striking circuit components for any damage and replace as necessary.

Why is the output current unstable on my WARPP Welding System?
    • W
      wanda58Sep 5, 2025
If the output current of your WARPP Welding System is unstable or not responding to the potentiometer, fluctuating between high and low, consider these solutions: 1. The 1K potentiometer might be damaged and needs replacement. 2. Poor connections in various connectors, especially inserts, can cause this. Check all connections thoroughly.

What causes excessive sticking spatter on WARPP Welding System?
    • R
      rosssarahSep 9, 2025
If there's excessive sticking spatter and difficulty with the caustic electrode when using your WARPP Welding System, the electrode might be connected incorrectly. Try exchanging the grounding cable and handle cable.

What to do if the abnormal indicator is lit but there is no welding output on my WARPP Welding System?
    • D
      Daniel SmithNov 12, 2025
If the abnormal indicator is lit on your WARPP Welding System but there is no welding output, it could be due to several reasons. First, the machine may be experiencing overheated protection; in this case, turn off the machine and turn it back on after the abnormal indicator goes out, waiting 2-3 minutes. Note that argon-arc welding does not have an overheated protection function. Alternatively, the inverter circuit might be faulty. Try unplugging the main transformer's supply power plug on the MOS board (VH-07 insert near the fan) and then turning the machine on again. If the indicator remains lit, turn off the machine and unplug the HF arc-striking power source's supply power plug (near the VN-07 insert of the fan), then restart the machine. If the issue persists, some of the MOSFETs on ...

What to do if the power indicator is lit, but the fan doesn't work and there is no welding output from my WARPP Welding System?
    • B
      Bridget JohnsonNov 23, 2025
If the power indicator is lit, but the fan either doesn't work or only revolves a few times, and there's no welding output from your WARPP Welding System, here's what you can check: 1. The machine may be in protection mode due to being connected to 380V power instead of 220V. Connect it to 220V power and try again. 2. Unstable 220V power (due to a slender input cable) or the input cable being connected to the electrify wire net can also trigger the protection circuit. Use a thicker cable, tighten the input connector, turn off the machine for 2-3 minutes, and then turn it back on. 3. Loose cables from the switch to the power panel can cause this issue. Tighten them. 4. Constantly turning the power switch on and off in short succession can activate the protection circuit. Turn off the m...
