The Watts Clever WIRELESS Energy Monitor helps you conserve electricity by
showing you how much you use, and what it costs, as you use it. This feedback
will help you take steps to reduce your energy consumption and save money.
The WIRELESS Energy Monitor will show you:
● Your current electricity usage.
● Your accumulated electricity usage over any time period.
● Your estimated per hour usage.

And when you program the WIRELESS Energy Monitor with your electricity
billing rates, it will show you:
● Your electricity cost per hour.
● Your accumulated electricity cost over an hour, a day, or ant time period.
● Your estimated monthly bill.

Notes on Safety
Caution
● Please read all instructions before you use the monitoring system.
● Please shake the Energy Monitor and the Power Transmitter first before
installation. In case you hear any sound from inside of the part, please don’t
use it. Please replace it with your reseller.
● Keep the Energy Monitor, Power Transmitter and Sensor Clamp away from
sources of heat, water or any other liquid.
● Do not locate the Energy Monitor, Power Transmitter and Sensor Clamp
within reach of children.
● Do not open the product other than to replace the batteries.
● Do not use the monitoring system if you find your electric wire in abnormal
conditions, such as loose wire, exposed copper wire, burnt mark on wire
insulation layer, holes on wire layer or damage on electric meter. In case of
such abnormalities, please consult a professional electrician immediately.
● Periodically check all wires and components to ensure there is no damage.
● Use a dry cloth to clean. Don’t use solvent, abrasive cleaners or water.
● Do not reply on the displayed information to calculate the cost of your elec-
tricity bill. The WIRELESS Energy Monitor is an educational device and is
NOT intended to replace your energy supplies energy meter.
● Do not use this product where the use of radio frequency products can
cause malfunction in other equipment (for instance hospitals, aircraft, etc.).
● Do not dispose of old batteries in a fire as they may explode.
● Do not open or mutilate the batteries. Released electrolyte from the bat-
teries is corrosive and may cause burns or injury to the eyes or skin. The
electrolyte may be toxic if swallowed.
● Always insert batteries correctly with regard to polarity (+ and -) marked on
the battery and the equipment.
● Do not short battery terminals.
● Do not mix old and new batteries. Replace all of item at the same time with
new batteries of the same brand and type.
● Remove dead batteries immediately and follow local codes for disposal.
