2. SECONDARY PHONE NUMBER
 Command #: 2
 Voice Prompt: “SECONDARY PHONE NUMBER”
 Value Range: 25 digit capacity (any of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 0 or #)
 Factory Setting: Blank
 Description: If a secondary phone number is entered and the
WebbPhone is unsuccessful in reaching the primary phone number,
the unit will switch over and dial the secondary phone number.
 Note: If no contact is made with the secondary number, the
WebbPhone will begin the cycle again by dialing the primary number.
After 3 unsuccessful cycles, the unit will shut off.
3. AUTO ANSWER
 Command #: 3
 Voice Prompt: “AUTO ANSWER”
 Value Range: 0 = OFF, 1 = ON with ‘connected’ announcement, 2 =
ON with no announcement.
 Factory Setting: 1
 Description: The auto answer setting determines whether or not the
WebbPhone may be called by an outside party and, if so, whether or
not the unit will ring when it is being called.
 Note: In setting = 1, the unit will beep and then automatically answer.
Setting = 2 is often called “Silent Monitoring” because the unit will
silently turn on and allow the calling party to listen to the activities in
the elevator.
4. LOCATION ANNOUNCEMENT
 Command #: 4
 Voice Prompt: “LOCATION ANNOUNCEMENT”
 Value Range: 15 second maximum
 Factory Setting: Blank
 Description: The location announcement is a recorded message that
the monitoring station may play prior to speaking with the caller. The
recording would normally include the building name, the address and
the elevator number. Suggested recording format: “This is Elevator
#2 of the Vancouver Building at 3215 Hemlock Street in Springfield,
Michigan. Assistance is required.” Try to avoid as much background
noise as possible when doing the recording. The microphone is very
sensitive so you do not need to speak loudly. This can be
programmed remotely using a cellphone or landline.
 Note: When recording the location announcement beware of speaking
closer than 30 cm to the microphone to prevent excessive playback
volume.

suivants 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 0 ou #)
 Réglage d'usine : Vide
 Description : Si un numéro de téléphone secondaire est entré et que
le WebbPhone ne parvient pas à atteindre le numéro de téléphone
principal, l'appareil va passer au numéro de téléphone secondaire.
 Remarque : Si aucun contact n’est fait avec le numéro secondaire,
le WebbPhone débutera un nouveau cycle en composant le numéro
principal. Après trois cycles infructueux, l'appareil s’éteint.
3. COMMUNICATION AUTOMATIQUE

 Plage de valeurs : 0 = OFF, 1 = ON avec l'annonce
« COMMUNICATION ÉTABLIE », 2 = ON sans annonce.
 Réglage d'usine : 1
 Description : Le réglage de la communication automatique
détermine si le WebbPhone peut être appelé par un tiers et, dans
l’affirmative, s’il sonnera ou non lorsqu’appelé.
 Remarque : En réglage = 1, l'appareil émet un bip, puis répond
automatiquement. Réglage = 2 est souvent appelé « surveillance
discrète » parce que l'unité va allumer de façon silencieuse et
permettre à l'appelant d'écouter les activités dans l'ascenseur.
4. L’ANNONCE DE L’ EMPLACEMENT

 Intervalle de valeurs : 15 secondes au maximum
 Réglage d'usine : Vide
 Description : L’annonce de l’emplacement est un message
enregistré que le poste de surveillance peut jouer avant de parler
avec l'appelant. L'enregistrement inclut normalement le nom de
l'immeuble, l'adresse et le numéro de l’ascenseur. Format
d’enregistrement suggéré : « Ceci est l’ascenseur n°2 de l'édifice
Place d’Armes au 3215, rue Sherbrooke, à Montréal, Michigan. Une
assistance est nécessaire ». Essayez d'éviter autant de bruit de
fond que possible lorsque vous faites l'enregistrement. Le
microphone est très sensible de sorte que vous n’avez pas besoin
de parler fort. Cela peut être programmé à distance en utilisant un
téléphone cellulaire ou fixe.
