LIMITED WARRANTY
WEED EATER, a divisi o n of Husqvarna
Outdoor Pr oducts Inc. , warr ant s to the
origi nal consumer purchaser that each
new WE ED EATER brand electri c or cord-
less product is fr ee fr om defects in material
and wor kmanship and agrees to repai r or
replace under this warr anty any defecti ve
WEED EATER brand electri c or cordless
product withi n two (2) years fr om the origi-
nal date of purchase.
If your WEED EATER brand electri c or
cordless product should fail within the lim-
ited warranty period, you may return it in
compl e te condi tion, prepaid, with pro o f of
purchase, to the dealer fr om whom it was
purchased for repair or replacement at the
option of WEED EATER.
This warranty is not transfer able and does
not cover damage or liability caused by im-
proper handling, improper maintenance or
alter at i on, or the use of accessori es and/or
attachments not specific al ly recom-
mended by WEED EATER for this prod-
uct. Addit i onal ly, this war r anty does not
cover part s that will wear and req uire re-
placement with reasonable use during the
warr anty period. This warranty does not
cover pre de livery set--up or nor m al adjust-
ments explained in th e instruction manual.

This is a limited warranty within the mean-
ing of that ter m as defined in the Magnu-
son--Moss Act of 1975.
The policy of WEED EATER is to contin-
uously improve its products. Therefore,
WEED EAT ER reserves the right to
change, modify, or discontinue models,
designs, s pecifications, and acces sories
of all products at any time without notice
or obligation to any purchaser.
