GROUNDS IN CUP
t The lter holder is dirty.
t The lter holes are worn.
t The coee is not ground evenly.
t The seal under the pad is worn

t Clean the lter holder.

t Adjust the pressure of the pump
THE CUP IS DIRTY WITH SPLASHED
COFFEE
t Steam pockets in the dispensing system.
t Air pockets in the hydraulic circuit.
t Coee is ground too coarsely
t Reduce the water temperature.
t Check the cause and eliminate the problem.
t Adjust the grinding suitably.
COFFEE IS TOO COLD
t The electrical heating element of the coee boiler
is faulty.
t The wiring is faulty.
t Lime scale on the exchangers and/or heating ele-
ment.
t The pressure switch contacts are oxidized.
t The heating element protection thermostat inter-
vened.
t Machine switch in “1” position
t Lime scale has reduced the circulation of water.
t The dispensing group is cold.
t Replace the boiler's electrical heating element.
t Check for any faulty connections.
t Clean the machine.
t Clean the contacts or replace the pressure switch.
t Reset the heating element protection.
t Place the machine switch in the "2" position
t Clean the connections of the exchanger, and clean
or replace the two circulation tubes
t Eliminate air pockets in the hydraulic circuit in the
following manner:
- disconnect the pump from the power supply;
- close the water tap of the softener;
- perform a dry dispensing run for a few minutes;
- connect the pump to the power supply;
- open the water outlet tap of the softener;
- dispense until water comes out;
- wait a few minutes for heating.
COFFEE IS TOO HOT
t Boiler temperature is too high.
t The ow reducer of the group is not suitable
t
Reduce the pressure in the boiler using the appropri-
ate screw on the pressure switch.
t Replace the reducer with one of a smaller diameter.
COFFEE IS BEING DISPENSED TOO
QUICKLY
t Coee is ground too coarsely
t The diameter of the injector is too large.
t The dose of ground coee is too small.
t Adjust the grinding of the coee.
t Replace the injector with one of a smaller diameter.
t Check the amount (grams) of the ground coee you
are using.
COFFEE IS BEING DISPENSED TOO SLOWLY
t Coee is ground too nely.
t The injector is clogged.
t The dispensing group is clogged.
t The lter holder is dirty.
t Adjust the grinding of the coee.
t Replace the injector.
t Check and clean the dispensing group.
t Clean and replace the lters, if necessary.

t The control unit fuse is burned out.
t One of the volumetric dispenser's contacts is
grounded.
t Replace the main fuse (125 mA).
t Check the connection of the volumetric dispenser.

t The control unit fuse is burned out.
t The coil of the solenoid valve does not work correctly
or has shorted out.
t Replace the control unit fuse (1A).
t Replace the coil of the solenoid valve.
