If your Welch Water Pump isn't generating vacuum or overpressure, several factors could be at play. Start by checking for leaks in the connected apparatus, connecting elements, or even the pump itself; seal any leaks and replace hoses or fittings if needed. A dirty pump can also cause this issue, so perform general maintenance and cleaning. Inspect the valve plate or diaphragm for defects or dirt; clean or replace them as necessary. Ensure seals and diaphragms are clean, and tighten any loose screws. Lastly, check if the separator container is full and empty it if necessary.
