Important information about dangers
DANGER:
Do not use this appliance near bath
tubs, showers, wash basins or other
containers filled with water.
Keep the appliance, charging unit and power
cord away from moisture, water and other liq-
uids, and do not operate with wet hands.
Do not immerse the appliance, charging unit or
power cord in water or rinse them off under run-
ning water.
If the appliance has fallen into water, it must not
be used after that.
Additional protection is afforded by installing a
residual current device
with a rated tripping
current of less than 30 mA in your home electri-
cal system. We recommend you get an electri-
cian to install a residual current protection
system to protect the circuits.
General safety information
DANGER:
Never use the appliance if:
the appliance, charging unit, rechargeable
battery or power cord are damaged.
the blade head is damaged or breaking up, as
this could cause injuries to the skin.
the appliance has been dropped, shows signs
of damage or is not functioning properly.
the appliance is so badly damaged that elec-
trical parts are exposed.
In all such cases, disconnect from the mains im-
mediately and inform Technical Customer Serv-
ice.
