Why does my Wen RT6033 Power Tool router vibrate excessively?

  Excessive vibration in your Wen Power Tool router can occur if the router bit isn't tightened properly. Ensure the collet nut is fully tightened with a wrench. Vibration can also happen if the router bit diameter is too large, causing imbalance. Reduce the router speed, and if the vibration is severe, stop using that bit. A bent router bit shaft or worn router bit bearings can also cause vibration; in these cases, discard the router bit.

  Burning during routing with your Wen Power Tool can be due to several factors. The router bit may be dull and need replacing. Try reducing the router speed or increasing the feed speed. If the material is prone to burning, take a shallow clean-up pass with a higher feed rate. Also, if the burn is below the profile, the router bit guide bearing (if present) may be worn and need replacement.
