2. Have a second person hold the Base (52) in the
position shown.
I
dentify the Right Upright (54), which has a large
hole near the lower end.
Hold the Right Upright (54) so that the large
hole is oriented as shown. Attach the Right
Upright to the Base (52) with two M10 x
R0710Amm Bolts (2). Do not tighten the Bolts
yet.
Attach the Left Upright (53) to the Base (52)
in the same way.

3. Slide the two Wheel Housings (45) onto the
Base (52). Attach each Wheel Housing with two
M6 x R0710Amm Bolts (13), two M6 Flat
Washers (32), and two M6 Nuts (43).

4. Remove and discard the bolts and the card-
board packaging from both sides of the Hood
(65).
Position the Base (52) as close to the front of
the treadmill as possible.
See the inset drawing. Locate the wire tie in
the Right Upright (54). Tie the wire tie securely
to the connector on the end of the Wire Harness
(39). Next, pull the opposite end of the wire tie
out of the upper end of the Right Upright, until
the Wire Harness is routed completely through
the Right Upright. Secure the Wire Harness to
the upper end of the Right Upright so that it will
not fall inside.
